Alan Isherwood achieved 25 continuous service as greenkeeper with Deane Golf Club having started his employment with the club on 8th August 1994.

Alison Grimwood, Deane Golf Club, recently won the two day Bolton Ladies Golf Challenge Bowl Tournament held at Deane Golf Club.
Congratulations and Well Done to Alison, past Lady Captain of Deane GC.
What a fantastic golf day we had yesterday! Perfect weather. £3,000 was raised for our young persons Crisis Fund! Just brilliant!

On Saturday 16th June, we held a 4BBBM in support of the Royal British Legion for the Armistice Centenary. Although the weather wasn't great, the event still had fantastic support with all entry fees and donations on the day going straight to the Royal British Legion.
The winners on the day were P Parry and D Leatham who beat S Holland and S Kennedy on a card playoff! We were kindly donated a voucher for a fourball from 59Club and a £50 voucher to be used at Experience Days (more information can be found at www.experiencedays.co.uk) as prizes on the day, so a special thanks to them.
